We use overnight courier via NZ Post on all orders to ensure you get your order as soon as possible!

NEW ZEALAND Domestic Shipping (via NZ Post)
All NZ cities in both North and South Islands, including rural.

Overnight NZ Shipping Rates

Orders over $50 (after discounts and gift-cards) – FREE
Orders under $50 – Flat rate of $6.50

All products are shipped directly from Whangarei, NZ.

Orders will be processed and shipped as soon as possible from when order is placed. Orders placed on Fridays and over the weekend will be processed and shipped on the following Monday. A shipping confirmation email along with tracking information, if available, will be sent when your order is completed.

Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or returned or delayed packages by the postal service.

RETURNS

Returns of full-price merchandise must be made within 7 days of your order date. Returned products must be new, unopened and in original condition. Please email us at support@jevy.co.nz with your order number and the product(s) you’d like to return for shipping instructions.

All Sale items, Special Discount Offers and purchases made during Special Sales Events (including free shipping, sales, gift with purchase, pop-up, etc.) are final sale and are not eligible for return/refund. Please check the parameters of the promotion before purchasing.

Within 7 days of our receiving your return, your refund will be processed after an inspection and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Your refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 3-7 business days for the refund credit to post to your account.

Please note return shipping fees are responsibility of the purchaser and the original shipping fees paid are non-refundable. Also, refused shipments will not be refunded.

If your order qualified for free shipping, and you are returning a product for a reason other than it being defective or different from what you actually ordered, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs as well as the original shipping costs that were waived by the free shipping policy.
