What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal, Internet banking, and Pay-to-Mobile.

Do I qualify for free shipping?
We offer free NZ shipping on orders over $50! And Free AU shipping on orders over $200.

Can discount codes and/or offers be combined?
Only one (1) discount code will apply at checkout. Offers cannot be combined.

What is your shipping + return policy?

How do I know my product is genuine?
We are committed to bringing you only the authentic, genuine and recently produced products. We source our products directly from our partner brands in Korea and/or with their official and verified distributors.

How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders are fulfilled by the next business day. You will receive notification of this through a shipping confirmation email, which will contain your parcel’s tracking code. Once this email is sent, you can expect your order to arrive within the times provided below. Please note that these are estimates, not guarantees.

My product arrived damaged. What do I do?
If you received a damaged product, please reach us at support@jevy.co.nz immediately for assistance.

I received the wrong product!
We apologize for this inconvenience and take full responsibility for this mistake! Email us atsupport@jevy.co.nz and we will get you the right product as soon as possible.
